Job Title: Dental Collector
Denti-Cal Experience Required​​​​​​​

Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Collector to manage claims, ensure timely reimbursements, and audit patient accounts. Denti-Cal experience is required, along with a strong understanding of insurance billing and claims processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor assigned claims to ensure timely payments.
• Stay updated on insurance billing guidelines and laws.
• Conduct patient account audits and review major treatments requiring additional documentation.
• Process insurance billing for completed treatments.

What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of experience in dental or medical collections or claims reviews.
• Denti-Cal experience required.
• Knowledge of CDT Coding and Terminology is a plus.
• Ability to read dental radiographs and proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay starts at $18/hr and this is a contract to hire opportunity.
