Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Greet and assist incoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries
• Process and track internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Perform recall tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups for patient appointments
• Maintain and organize patient schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing patient information
• Collaborate with dental and clinical staff to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist with insurance verification and other billing-related tasks as neede

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or GED, Dental Assistant Diploma

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm
