Job description

Medix is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a well-known community health clinic in Sherman Oaks, CA.

OPEN TO NEW GRADS


Job Description/ Duties

  • Assisting the dentist(s) and the dental hygienist(s)
  • The sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments, supplies, and for proper infection control of all areas involving dental care
  • Some oral duties supervised by licensed dentist
  • Operating dental xrays
  • Performing oral photos


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Dental Assistant certification/ diploma
  • Current CPR certification
  • Prior Dental Assisting experience (preferred)

Pay: $18-$21 (DOE)

Shift: M-F (7:30am-4:00) W/ rotating Saturdays
