Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Analyst you will…

• Perform ad-hoc reporting and provide strategic insight for Sales and Account Management team.
• Creation, analyzation, and maintenance of procedures and processes, identifies and implements ideas for
  improved efficiency.
• Support initiative through data analytics by working with sales leaders and account management teams
  in identifying opportunities to build and analyze metrics through data visualization.
• Collaborates with management, technical staff and subject matter advisors to understand business
  needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis and develop cost effective resolutions
  to improve operational efficiency.
• Build, generate, and analyze report using Excel or CRM tool.
• Works independently on day-to-day activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR (electronic medical record system), Microsoft Excel computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
