Job description

Location: Fully Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (No remote option)
One mandatory OT week per month (typically the second week)

Position Overview
This is an inbound call center role providing support to both pharmacies and consumers. We are seeking candidates with call center experience, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Strong attendance, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist consumers with setting up payment plans and assessing accounts for hardship assistance.
  • Troubleshoot the online eBill platform and enroll consumers in autopay.
  • Handle general billing inquiries, copay costs, and payment processing.
  • Manage the team inbox, process credit card authorization forms, and draft consumer letters for declined payments.
  • Provide phone support; being on queue is a significant part of the role.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and learn workflows quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
