Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls for orders, inquiries, and payments.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly while coordinating with various departments.
  • Maintain our CRM and ERP systems with up-to-date information.
  • Support international order processing and company projects.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience interacting with customers and sales reps professionally.
  • Adaptable to diverse personalities and situations.
