Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (100% Onsite)
Pay: $17/hour

Reports To: Client Coordinator/Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative in our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office will conduct reminder call campaigns primarily for medical and utility clients. The role involves managing self-pay accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely resolution of balances to prevent service disconnection or account escalation to collection agencies.
Key responsibilities include handling both inbound and outbound calls, processing credit card or check payments, and explaining insurance coverage as needed. The representative will also assist in setting up payment plans, determining eligibility for charity programs, and providing instructions for various payment methods. Additionally, the role involves sending out statements and supporting clients with account management.
Candidates must be capable of quickly learning and accessing various remote client systems and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. The role also includes limited training and support for colleagues working with the same clients.
This is a contract to hire position and hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
