Customer Service Associate - Medical Industry | $24-$27/hr | Glendora, CA

Contract-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling high volumes of inbound calls for orders, inquiries, and payments
  • Acting as the corporate voice to build strong relationships with the medical community
  • Managing customer accounts, tracking orders, and maintaining inventory awareness
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Marketing, Shipping, etc.)
  • Assisting with international order processing and company projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of in-office customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills with professionalism & poise
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage delicate customer situations
  • Comfortable learning and discussing medical product lines

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Previous experience in medical device or life sciences industries
  • Exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or ERP systems
