Job Title: Entry-Level Data Entry and Customer Service Clerk - Hiring Immediately!

Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Clerk to join our team in our Pittsburgh-based office. This role involves accurate data entry and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry:

    • Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems.
    • Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors as needed.
    • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and issues via phone, email, or chat.
    • Provide timely and courteous assistance to customers and address their concerns.
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  3. Documentation:

    • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare and distribute reports, as required, to various departments.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Review data for accuracy and completeness.
    • Implement quality control procedures to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • This is an entry-level position.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is located in our Pittsburgh-based office and requires onsite work.
  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Remote or hybrid work options are not available for this role.

Compensation:

  • The hourly wage for this position is $18 per hour.
