CTMS Template Specialist (Level I)

Job description

  • Responsibilities:
    • Regularly review contracts/budgets to assist in building budget templates into CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System)
    • Reviews and copies amendments to appropriate RCA sites after initial review of Master copy
    • Update all information in CTMS as needed
    • Assists with reviewing template audits in RealTime
    • Box up accounting and Research study files or binders for storage on site and off-site
  • Skills Needed:
    • Demonstrates problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a work environment
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate practice management software
    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
    • High School Diploma required
