Job description

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in Credentialing for healthcare.

Location - Remote

Salary - $20 - $23/hr based on experience

Contract role

Day to Day:

  • This individual will be helping the team with sorting credentialing paperwork as they have an increase of files and down a staff member. This individual will be working on a lot of administrative tasks. They will be helping new hires following their new hire announcements. They will be sending an email to every new hire (provider) and welcoming them to the team and asking for them to complete their credentialing application. These welcome emails need to be sent out between 24-48 hours.
  • They will also be sending out docusigns.
  • When the applications come back from the provider, they will be responsible for following up with the provider on items that they are missing through the application. They will then upload the application to their primary sourcing application. They can also break down the application and make it downloadable and uploadable to their e-files.

Shift:

  • M-F 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm EST
  • 30 min lunch

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
