-On-site/In Office position; 5 month contract to hire role

-Healthcare Credentialing/Compliance experience required; Dental experience a plus!

-Opportunity for hybrid with 9+ months tenure at the company

Duties

Responsible for providing administrative support for the process of enrolling dentist with insurance companies.

• Provider Enrollment (New/Add/Re-credentialing)
• Processes credentialing and re-credentialing applications for client offices and providers - including but not limited to enrollment, and tracking of submission and effective status
• Assist with maintaining copies of office/dentist agreements
• Responsible for monitoring and managing credentialing/re-credentialing requirements and to ensure the collection of all required renewal certifications are on file within the required time frame.
• Provide consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding credentialing/re-credentialing files.
• Maintain the credentialing database (Credentialing Stream) and ensure up-to-date information is always obtained.
• Entering doctors into the office Practice Management System (PMS)
• Answer questions from offices regarding insurances
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and PPO/HMO dental insurance plans and networks
• Knowledge of reading a pre-certification and EOB
• Fee schedule maintenance
• Support and educate both client and internal office staff relative to insurance related matters
• Support Director and senior management
• Partner with other departments

SHIFT: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM
