Summary: The Contact Center Representative is responsible for responding to inbound patient calls in a timely and positive manner. They will be the "face" of the company as one of the first individuals a new or existing patient will interact with.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, other duties may be assigned.

As a Contact Center Representative, you will...

  • Call Center Environment (inbound)
  • Fast paced (back to back all day, 50-70 calls daily)
  • Patients asking to set up an appointment (primary care and sub specialty)
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Verify demographic information
  • Enter data electronically

    • 3-4 week period, virtually

  • Initially trained on Primary Care then will learn other specialties

Education and/or Experience:

  • 6+ Months of Customer/Call Center Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to Work Remotely (Professional Environment)

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: "EMR" System, EPIC (electronic medical record system), computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
