Job description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries from practice sites
- Manage and Resolve conflicts with patients
- Assist and provide training to a/r representatives when needed
- monitor and identify trends for claim submissions, insurance payments and denials
- Supervise Follow Up and Collections Representatives
- Research and Resolve credit balances
- Review bad debt and self-pay collection accounts when needed to fill in for the staff
- Aware and Knowledge of current insurance policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Medical Billing Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- AR and Follow Up experience
- 1 year of ICD-10
- EPIC
- Reliable
- Leadership
- Team Player
- Strong Communication
