Responsibilities involve providing cash/financial posting and collections services for multiple facilities which may include report preparations, billing of institutional and professional claims, as well as patient contact on outstanding account balances. Performing basic computer system maintenance and patient account research.
Talent will receive work queue pushed by HMS and have productivity goals that increase beyond training. Training typically lasts 3-4 weeks, but will be based on the individual. For the first few weeks of training, there will be no metrics/productivity expectations. After training, they will work fully-remotely, as long as they are meeting productivity. Expectation is they will work 10 accounts per day for the first 2-3 weeks after training. Beyond that, the goal will be 30 accounts per day, once "up and running".

Schedule and Shift
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm w, 30 min lunch (although they can take an hour if needed)
- Fully-remote after training period - training will be 2-4 weeks
Opportunities for up to 4 hours/wk overtime, once meeting productivity standards
