Job description

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years experience as a COBRA Specialist. Looking for someone with understanding on how medical insurance works with COBRA.

Location - Creve Coeur, Missouri - Hybrid role

Salary - $26/hr based on experience

Contract role with the opportunity to get hired on permanently and grow within the company

Day to Day:

  • Responsible for managing questions as they come in and helping with some administration of COBRA benefits for their clients, departed employees
  • Handle inquiries from clients -- most will be from emails but they do get phone calls as well
  • They will be working in an application specific for COBRA

Shift:

  • M-F 8am-5pm EST

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
