Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Prepare charts and exam rooms for patient visits.
• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and conduct medication reconciliation.
• Assist providers with procedures (e.g., biopsies, ED&C) and instrument sterilization.
• Enter orders as directed by providers and perform prior authorizations.
• Schedule appointments for procedures and conduct phone triage/inbox message management.
• Maintain a steady workflow, managing care for 25-30 patients per day.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• Active certification/license: CMA, LPN, Paramedic, EMT-A.
• Current BLS or CPR (AHA) certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
