Job Summary:

The Clinician Scheduler will work closely with Included Health's behavioral health clinician network to build schedule templates and execute schedule changes according to clinician availability and practice expectations. The Clinician Scheduler will be assigned a group of 70-100 clinicians in which they will be responsible for all scheduling needs. This is a temporary position, beginning 10/21/2024 and lasting a minimum of four months, the end date yet to be determined by the business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Clinician Schedulers will participate in an expedited training program with our training and EHR implementation team to quickly learn how to efficiently utilize the new EHR scheduling tool.
• Will work with practice operations and implementation teams to transition clinician schedules from the old EHR to the new EHR.
• Work with a dedicated clinician practice to provide timely schedule builds and ongoing schedule change requests.
• Partner with the BH Clinician Liaison team to ensure clinician schedules are meeting practice operations requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of one year scheduling experience required, preferably in a fast paced, virtual healthcare setting.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm in your residential time zone.
• Must be a fast learner and be able to work independently in a remote setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
• No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., picking up and computer / laptops) may be required
• Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, laptop, and mobile devices)

M-F 8am - 5pm in your time zone

M-F 8AM - 5PM EST for 1 week training

Pay: $22/hr
