Daily Activities

• Conduct pre-screening assessments offsite by calling patients and performing intake prior to psychotherapy sessions.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer IVs for clinical trial patients as required.
• Collect and process infusion samples, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Utilize clinical trial management software for tracking patient progress and trial data.
• Maintain secure documentation of patient interactions and trial activities through digital platforms.
• Provide patient support and education, ensuring they understand the trial process and their responsibilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers and healthcare professionals, to ensure smooth trial operations.
• Work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays, managing prescreening calls and documentation from home.
• Ensure compliance with trial protocols, patient confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage patient interactions with a compassionate and empathetic bedside manner, particularly with behavioral health candidates.

Hours & Shift:

• Monday - Friday, Day-time hours
• Hybrid Work Status - M/W/F On-site, T/Thur Remote

Must - Haves

• RN Degree
• Procifient in phlebotomy, IV's, sending fusion samples

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working on a clinical trial
• If they have clinical trial management software experience that is a plus.
