Job description

We're hiring skilled CMAs and EMTs and LPNs for primary and pediatric clinic locations within the Minneapolis, MN metro area with various schedule options. Choose a location that suits you best and join our team!
Locations Hiring For:

  • Rogers, MN
  • Champlin, MN
  • Wayzata, MN

Schedule/Shift: Offering various schedule options, 24-40 hour weeks, depending on your interest.
Duration: Contract-to-permanent
Pay Rate: $19 - $27/hour, based on experience/tenure

Position Summary:

  • Escorting patients to exam rooms and documenting visit information and vitals (height, weight, blood pressure).
  • Preparing and administering medications and immunizations as directed by a clinician, RN, or following standing orders.
  • Performing and assisting with procedures and treatments such as ear lavage, EKGs, and bladder scans as directed by the clinician.
  • Completing all components of the standard rooming process, including medication reconciliation, pending refills, allergy review, immunization reconciliation, and completing appropriate forms and questionnaires to support clinical quality.
  • Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.

Role Requirements:

  • Education: Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited program (CAAHEP or ABHES)
  • Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
  • EMT: Current Minnesota EMT License
  • BLS Certification: Through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to commit to the schedule requirements (various schedule options available).
