Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse)

We are looking for an individual who is compassionate, organized, and a team player who is interested in clinical coordination to work as a Clinical Manager (RN)! We are looking for RNs in NY that are interested in the administrative side or nursing with great leadership skills.

Specifics:

Hours Monday - Friday 8:30a-5pm

Location: Office in Beverly, MA and field work in Essex, Middlesex or Suffolk County

Pay: $90,000 - $95,000k (depending on years if experience)

Job Details:

The Clinical Manager leads field staff(home health aides) in delivering excellent client service, clinical care, quality and adherence to policies and procedures. Accountable for internal case management and field staff evaluation and development.

• Conduct client assessments and complete the care planning process including development, implementation and
• updates to the client's individualized plan of care.
• Perform a comprehensive client assessment at admission and on an ongoing basis.
• Identify the client's needs for specific services and resources and direct accordingly.
• Provide clinical oversight to field staff (Home Health aides)

Requirements:

• Active RN in MA
• 2 years of nursing experience in either Home health, Hospice, Long term care, Case management, SNF
• Effective presentation and leadership skills
• Self starter, autonomous
