Medix is currently seeking a Clinical Director for a direct hire position within a Retina clinic in Orlando - a great opportunity to to work with one of Central Florida's leading Retina groups!

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage a team of approximately 60 clinical technicians, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality patient care.
• Develop and maintain technician schedules, addressing coverage needs promptly to manage call-outs and ensure adequate staffing.
• Ensure adherence to MIPS guidelines within the EHR system, promoting compliance with all quality and performance standards.
• Provide leadership and support to the clinical team, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting ongoing staff development.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Retina/Ophthalmology
• Prior experience managing a team of 10 or more individuals
• Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred

Schedule/ Shift:

• M-F 8a-5p, pay require additional hours as needed
