Job description

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operations of clinics, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in a compassionate, respectful, and responsive manner.
  • Model, educate, and empower clinic managers, as well as clinical and administrative staff, to perform their roles effectively and align with organizational values.
  • Ensure a robust program of staff development and training is in place at all times.
  • Achieve and maintain Arizona DHS Outpatient Treatment Center licensure for all clinics and develop in-clinic protocols to ensure each clinic remains survey-ready.
  • Oversee the financial affairs of the clinics, including:
    • Monitoring revenues and expenses.
    • Key revenue cycle performance indicators.
    • Provider productivity.
    • Timely and accurate management of payables, payroll, materials, and supplies.
    • Active financial controls auditing.
  • Prepare monthly operational and financial performance analyses, focusing on variations from budget/projections and identifying trends. Develop corrective recommendations and action plans for problem areas.
  • Create and disseminate dashboard reports for clinic employees, providing actionable key performance indicator information to providers and staff.
  • Assure appropriate policies and procedures are in place to support quality and efficient patient care and patient safety.
  • Assist with the recruitment of providers and staff, including initiating the hiring process with Human Resources, participating in interviews, and coordinating arrangements for new hires.
  • Support contract analysis and negotiation strategy by projecting the financial impact of business terms on the clinic or individual providers. Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain regular communication with clinic leadership, providers, and staff regarding clinical operations, financial performance, compensation, policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Serve on policy-making committees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, state, and CMS policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • Must hold a valid healthcare license (e.g., LPN, RN, MD, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing or overseeing operations within a large clinic.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate

  • $50.00 to $62.50 an hour
