- Bilingual in Spanish

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Community Health Screening Program Manager you will…
- Under the direction of the Director or Missions Programs, assists in the planning, organizing, and executing multiple Path to Wellness community screening events each year (6-8 events in 2025 is the goal)
- Will be required to have clinical experience (phlebotomy/blood draws) to help assist volunteers (only 15-20% of the time will they have to do this)
- Creates, maintains, and manages strict event deadlines
- Organizes and monitors event registration for both event participants and volunteers
- Assists with event promotion efforts to include identifying opportunities, preparing promotional materials, and monitoring outcomes of event promotional efforts
- Responsible for supply management for all screening event supplies
- Defines clinical and non-clinical supply needs for each event and purchases supplies
- Assists with volunteer recruitment (clinical and non-clinical), assignment, and oversight. Coordinates and conducts (as applicable) volunteer training sessions and maintains required associated documentation
- Plans layout of the event at the venue and coordinates the set up and tear-down to event to include:
- Loading the NKF AZ utility van with all supplies and equipment needed for each screening, frequently moving equipment and boxes of supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
- Setting up the stations at the host site location (usually 11-12 stations)
- Tear-down of the stations at the host site location and ensuring all NKF AZ property is loaded to the van
- Ensuring NKF AZ property and screening supplies are properly stored
- For events outside the Phoenix/Maricopa County area, coordinates lodging for staff and volunteers
- Maintains participant, volunteer, and community partner records in NKF AZ's customized systems
- Organizes event paperwork
- Effectively communications with event participants, sponsors, and community partners
- Assists with identifying prospective host sites and community partners for screening events
- With guidance for Director of Mission Programs, assists in revising event training materials and workflows
- Ensures all testing equipment is functional, charged, and packed for the event. Maintains equipment QC logs in alignment with manufacturer instructions and performs regularly required software updates to maintain POC testing devices
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Experience/Requirements
