Clinical & Administrative Support - MA
Job description
Back office duties would include:
Taking Vitals
Patient intake
Chart prep
Vaccines
Injections
Spirometry
EKG
Point of care testing (Flu, Strep, COVID, A1C etc.)
Phlebotomy
Front office:
Answering phones
Collecting co-pays
Checking patients in
Understanding of insurance
Prior Auth - Nice to have a good understanding of this, but can be taught
Referrals - Nice to have a good understanding of this, but can be taught
