Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the healthcare field, with Monday-Friday hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist nursing and clinic staff with visit preparation and administrative tasks.
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning, copying, and managing secure document storage.
  • Maintain and organize hard copy medical records, release and transfer records as needed.
  • Handle simple accounts payable tasks and reconcile invoices using systems like Ariba.
  • Greet patients, manage check-ins, and notify staff of scheduled appointments.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate with external facilities, and notify employees of appointments.
  • Inventory and order medical and office supplies.
  • Create reports and perform basic administrative duties using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
