Overview of Responsibilities
This will be the Manager's right hand person, so we will need someone with a high level of professionalism and a collaborative work style. The responsibilities at this clinic will be much vaster than other clinics, as the Clinical Supervisor manages all of the Clinical business aspects of the Medical Group. The Clinical Supervisor will have 11 Direct Reports (MAs, X-Ray Tech, Triage RN). They will be asked to step in to assist with patient flow if there are any issues throughout the day.
This person can be a Medical Assistant, LPN, or BSN.

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications
- 1 year experience as a supervisor (or lead MA with the right backgrounds)
- Flexibility floating to other locations when need be
- BLS
- Extremely strong communicator
- Must be able to operate fluoroscan, autoclave, ultrasound, surgical instruments, cast saw, computer, and fax machine.
Nice to Have Skills
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Bilingual
- LPN Background
