Clinic Assistant (Entry Level)
Job description
Are you looking to get into the healthcare field and kickstart your career? This might be for you! We are actively hiring Clinic Assistants for one of our top Opthalmology clients in the KC area! This role requires no past experience & will provide hands on training for the role.
Position Overview:
- Call patients into their room for appointment.
- Record patient information using EMR system
- Perform Compliant and complete patient work up in a timely manner
- Perform vision and pressure checks & administer eye drops
- Support the imaging team as needed with patient testing
- Assist with other responsibilities as required!
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation + Active car Insurance
Schedule: M-F 7-4 or 8-5 (FT)
Pay: $17.00/hr + lots of room to grow!
Location: Lenexa, KS
- Their main location is in Lenexa however you will travel to other location around the KC Metro & will get non-taxable mileage reimbursement to go to these clinics! (Lee's Summit, Overland Park, NKC, etc.)
- Traveling to these different locations allows you to network and meet all of their doctors and practice managers, the end goal is for you to work with just 1 doctor!
