Clean Room Operator - 3rd shift

Job description

We are seeking a 3rd shift Operator with prior experience in a clean room environment. Recent graduates without clean room experience but eager to enter the field are also encouraged to apply. This is a direct hire opportunity with a top-tier pharmaceutical company.


Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate filling equipment to package and seal products in compliance with batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and cleaning of equipment in both controlled and non-controlled environments.
  • Perform in-process quality checks, maintain detailed documentation, and adhere to gowning and aseptic procedures.
  • Regularly sanitize equipment and controlled areas, ensuring a sterile environment.
  • Monitor process controls and promptly report any deviations or abnormalities.
  • Contribute to process improvement by offering training, guidance, and suggestions for efficiency.
  • Work consistently in a clean room environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with experience in a clean room experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree (no prior experience required).
