Job description

This role is a call center role where they will need to speak on the phone (following a script)

  • They will assist with refill eligibility
  • Prior authorization
  • connecting with patient before transferring call to the nurse or pharmacy on duty

There are SLA that are tied to both this role and the PCC's. They may receive anywhere from 8-10 calls an hour depending on call volumes and patient calls

The tech may have inbound and outbound responsibilities

    Unlike most closed door pharmacies this role is not filling patient prescriptions

    3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

    Florida Pharm Tech License

    Call Center Experience

    Schedule/Shift:

    3 weeks of training 8am-5pm

    4 weeks of NO time off!

    The schedule will be later- most likely 10-7 or 11-8. Please find candidates flexible to work later shifts
