Job description

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Locations Hiring:

  • NE, Washington, DC (Free parking available)
  • M Street, Washington, DC

Schedule/Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with treatments as ordered by a provider and under the supervision of a provider or RN.
  • Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patient charts.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient care.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
  • Manage supplies by stocking rooms and maintaining supply closets.

Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
  • 1-3 years of consistent medical assistant experience.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
