Location: West Los Angeles Area (Pacific Palisades to South Bay)

Job Type: Part-time (6am to 9am and/or 5pm-9pm) operates Monday through Sunday

Compensation: $22-26/hr + Mileage Reimbursement

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Fertility Injections Specialist/CMA to join our concierge service team, delivering personalized in-home care to fertility patients in the Los Angeles area. As an integral part of the patient care team, you will provide fertility injection services with precision and care, ensuring our patients feel supported and well-cared for during their treatment journey. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team and have a direct impact on the patient experience in a high-touch, VIP service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to patients' homes in the Los Angeles area (West LA to Malibu, South Bay, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, and surrounding neighborhoods).
• Administer fertility injections to patients, including preparing and mixing medications as necessary (training provided).
• Perform patient visits that typically last 10-15 minutes, ensuring timeliness and professionalism at each appointment.
• Use your smartphone to update patient records and manage your schedule through a dedicated app (no EMR system).
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor with all patients. Ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and satisfied with their care.
• Available to work early mornings, late afternoons, and early evenings to meet patient scheduling needs.
• Complete mandatory training through video tutorials for up to 8-10 different medications (with ongoing access to training materials).

Requirements:

• Certification: Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in women's health, urology, nephrology, medical spa/beauty, or any surgical specialty.
• Injections Experience: Must have experience administering injections, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures.
• Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends as needed.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for travel within a 10-15 mile radius of your home, within the designated service area (West LA to South Bay, Pacific Palisades to Malibu).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fertility or IVF care is a plus.
• Women's health experience is highly desirable.
• Background in home care is acceptable, provided the candidate has injections experience.
