Job description

This is a very fast paced clinic - General Surgery has 5 providers at this point while ENT has 2 providers at the moment. Both of these department receive a high volume of patients. Within both departments - the primary function will be managing the patient flow but they will be trained to assist in procedures as the progress in the position.

Working in both ENT and General Surgery, candidates should expect bodily fluids such as saliva, blood and snot to be visible. This a function of the position the candidates need to be comfortable with.

  • Rooming Patients, taking vitals signs an overall managing the flow of patients on a daily basis
  • Conducting medication reviews and assessment with patients and communicating any anomalies to the responsible provider.
  • Assistance in procedures relevant to urology
  • Assistance in managing the in-basket of the provider team and following up regarding patient inquiries
  • Santizing rooms after patients have been roomed, restocking and providing our clinical support to operations
  • Providing general clinical support as directed
