Job Description

  • Fielding inbound calls ranging from a volume of 100 -150 calls per day
  • Scheduling all Radiology modalities for imaging offices
  • Outbound patient service calls and following up with physicians
  • Obtaining insurance information and eligibility
  • Entering insurance information accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Conduct patient screenings for all procedures, gathering essential medical information either directly from the patient or through physicians.

  • Verify the precision of patient demographic details and insurance data.

  • Provide patients with guidance on exam preparations, precertification prerequisites, and directions to the designated imaging facility.

  • Address same-day procedure inquiries in adherence to established protocols.

  • Mon-Fri (9:30a-6p)
  • Rotating Saturday every 6 or 7 weeks, 8 am - 12 pm
