Job description
Overview:
The Medical Cashier / Poster will ensure the timely and compliant cash posting of all posting of all provider payments to the AR for all facilities. The Cashier conducts cash postings, cash reconciliation to include both data entry and electronic remit posting. They will also perform numerous other responsibilities related to AR reconciliation to include cash transactions necessary for appropriate placement of cash in the appropriate facility lock boxes.
The ideal candidate has some experience in healthcare within AR / Billing, has a good understanding of the flow of the deposit and ultimately understands EOBs. Utilizes EPIC, Cerner, and Medtron.
Location:
ON - SITE, Tampa 33607
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday: 7AM - 4:15PM
Friday: 7AM - 12PM
Pay:
$19/hr
