Case Manager - San Diego

Job description

Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Day to day:

Duties include scheduling regular check ins with clients who live onsite, attending meeting regarding their housing status, crisis intervention and resources and referrals based on the individual clients need.

55 residents

Residence has about 45 clients so the caseload would be about 22.

Team: two total staff members.

Every day the case manaher will help with social security, seeing what happened if rent wasn't paid, setting up with food stamps, setting up Lyft rides. They might attend a function or two with participants. But usually in the office.
