Job description

NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE CARE COORDINATORS FOR OUR LAST CLASS OF THE YEAR 10/14! (Can sit in any state besides California!)

Overview:
Care Coordinators are the most visible representatives of our mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere!
Highly empathetic, driven individual with a strong interest in making a real difference to people, we want to hear from you
Front lines of our patient care; exceptional business writing skills, including accurate spelling and grammar. Not only will you talk to people on the phone, you'll communicate with patients and doctors in writing as well
Be empathetic. You'll work with members and their families who are going through challenging times. Ability to keep perspective, be empathetic, be efficient and reassure them that you can help is critical to the role


Schedule:
Department is open 7 days a week
Offers some M-F schedules and 4-10 hours schedules
Training is 10 weeks - M-F (will be required to pass testing throughout the training period)
Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm Pacific Time (Mandatory)


3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
Healthcare customer services (insurance knowledge and reading a healthcare plan is required)
Insurance and Claims Backgrounds preferred
Remote Call Center experience (preferred)

Pay: $18-$19.50 (Based on State Residency and .50+ for Bilingual in Spanish and English)
