Schedule/Shift
Monday-Friday Options
- 8:00AM-5:00PM
- 8:30AM-5:30PM
- 9:00AM-6:00PM
- 9:30AM-6:30PM
- 10:00AM-7:00PM
-- onsite can apply for hybrid down the road
JOB PURPOSE
- Will handle full care coordination for members and maintain close communication to educate on choosing surgery options, help in provider selection, help in scheduling procedures, confirming appointments with patients and provider offices, taking information from members and logging this correctly into their CRM, helping with travel accommodations (hotel, flights, car rental etc), helping coordinate followup appointments
- Will need to call provider offices to request medical records, confirm insurance, and schedule appointments
- coordinate with member on scheduling
- maintaining appropriate touchpoints with members per their guidelines
