Job description
Medix is currently hiring a Call Room - Patient Service Representative for an orthopedic clinic in the Spring area.
If you have at least a year of healthcare call center experience APPLY TODAY!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Will be working in the back office helping to handle overflow inbound calls that the front desk team cannot handle
- Assist with other clerical work during downtime
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience answering phones in a medical setting
- High school diploma
- Customer service background
- High level of professionalism (dress, language, track record)
- Reliable in attendance
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
