Job description
Looking for FT Customer Service Consulant for a nationall recognized practice!
Job duties:
1. Answering incoming phone calls and veifying patients' insurance
2. Scheduling Appointments
3. Handling up to 40 - 50 calls/daily
4. Provide treatment details
Must Haves:
1. Experience verifying medical insurances
2. Experienced ith EHR systems
3. Experience with scheduling appointments
4. Experience in a call center or medical front desk
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Nextech
2. Ophthalmology
Schedule/Shiift:
1. 7:30 - 4:30
2. 8:00 - 5:00
3. 8:30 - 5:30
