Job: Call Center Agent

Location: New York, NY (ONSITE, NOT REMOTE)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5, (no weekends, no evenings)

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalence, bilingual in Spanish & English

Nice to haves: Epic experience

Description:

• Answer a high volume of phone calls
• Collect patient demographic and insurance information
• Verify insurance
• Schedule patients for appointments with their providers
• Utilize Epic
• Provide exceptionional customer service
