Location: Boise, Idaho
Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour

Position Details:

  • Schedule During Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (MST)
  • Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM (MST)
    • One Saturday shift per month is required, with a midweek day off when scheduled.
  • Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-7:30 PM (MST), Saturday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (MST)
  • Hiring Strategy: Contract-to-perm based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review prescriptions according to company protocols.
  • Evaluate medical documentation from healthcare providers.
  • Resolve open orders by collaborating with pharmacists and the Customer Experience team.
  • Learn and utilize innovative systems for seamless assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and State/Federal laws.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting management and peers.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Idaho State Licensed Pharmacy Technician (preferred PTCB or ExCPT certification).
  • Experience: 1+ years in a Pharmacy Technician or related role.
  • Strong phone presence and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software systems.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
