Job Summary:

The Third Party Investigator (TPI) is responsible for using skills and training to discover
third and/or first party insurance and/or attorney information which is used to identify or obtain objective
written evidence of a negligent third party.

Overview

Responsible for calling patients, asking questions about why they were at the hospital, seeking individuals who have been in an accident who have auto insurance policy or hired a lawyer. Experience in healthcare working the phones, or an attorney's office. Calls will consist of "hey we saw you visited the hospital and that you were in an accident, did you have insurance? What happened? Do you have auto insurance?" You will either close the account out or send for further examination to another team. Huge plus good on the phone.

No Vaccine Required

  • 60 - 100 calls per day
  • Outbound/ inbound calls

The day is split up and you will conduct inbound calls for half the day and outbound calls the remaining of the day. In addition to clerical work like sending emails and going through documents.
