Job description

Job Title: Bilingual Intake Enrollment Coordinator (Remote, NYC Area)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intake Enrollment Coordinator. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be local to the New York City area and available to pick up their equipment in the West Village. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the referral process, maintaining enrollment systems, and collaborating with the Business Development team to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen all incoming calls from external referrals.
  • Update and maintain the enrollment system with accurate referral information.
  • Communicate with referral sources to maximize referral close ratios.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on department projects as needed.
  • Generate and analyze periodic referral source reports.
  • Assess referral quantity versus quality to improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor.

General Requirements:

  • Must be local to NYC and able to pick up equipment in the West Village.
  • Bilingual skills: Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Bengali, Creole, Korean.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • An Associate's Degree is preferred but not required.
