• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and administer IM/PO medications as ordered.
• Assist with minor procedures (wound care, suture/staple removal).
• Support in-room diagnostic tests (X-ray, ultrasound, etc.).
• Record vital signs, update medical history, and document chief complaints.
• Conduct gap closure screenings (foot exams, DRE).
• Review provider orders, referrals, and stable lab results with patients.
• Support remote patient monitoring and care plan adherence.
• Respond to patient calls/messages same day.
• Collaborate with care teams for continuity of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the provider.
