Salary Range: $71,780 - $78,480 (depending on education and licensure)
Bonus: $4,000 (paid in installments: $1,333 after 30 days, $1,333 after 6 months, $1,334 after 12 months)
Schedule/Shift:
- Sunday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday and Saturday off (M-F schedules may be negotiable)
Job Description
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (Licensed / License Eligible) to join our comprehensive team providing outpatient therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders. Clinicians will work with both adults and youth, offering support in person, within the community, and through telehealth.
The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide evidence-based therapy and care coordination while maintaining a flexible caseload (typically 60-65 cases). Caseload frequency will vary based on client needs and may involve weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Perform patient and family-centered clinical assessments and treatment planning
- Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and other team members
- Coordinate care with other providers, including primary care physicians and specialists
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal and external guidelines
- Participate in clinical reviews, treatment planning, and staff huddles
- Support community outreach and service coordination
- Provide after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other team members
- Attend and participate in professional development and training opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related clinical field
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient or similar behavioral health settings (mental health or substance use)
- Ability to travel to Lawrence site twice per week
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, and CPSS certification trainings (training will be provided)
- Successful completion of background checks (CORI, SORI, reference check, education verification)
