Back Office Medical Assistant

Medix is HIRING now for a Back Office Medical Assistant in the Scottsdale/Phoenix areas. This opporutnity is full time, offers benefits, and competitive compensation!

Position Title: Back Office Medical Assistant - Cardiology Clinic
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (85258) and Phoenix, Arizona (85032)
Pay: $19.50-$23/hour (set pay scale depending upon years of experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Overview of Responsibilities (NOT limited to the following):
Responsible for rooming patients in a timely manner
Patient volume in 16-20 patients/day
Take patient vital signs, performed EKGs, ultrasounds
Complete chart prep
Patient call backs with results
Medical assistant will use Athena EMR system

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
1+ years of back office medical assistant experience
Medical Assistant Diploma
High school diploma of GED
EMR Experience Required
