Job description
Medix Healthcare:
Medical Assistant / MA
Phoenix, AZ (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $15-$20/HR (DOE)
*Must Haves To Apply*:
- 1-2+ Years Of Experience As An MA
- MA Certification Or Diploma
- High School Diploma/GED
- EMR Experience
Hiring ASAP
Duties:
- Rooms patients
- Takes Vitals
- Takes Patient History and chief complaint
- Clean and disinfect room and medical devices
- Answers incoming calls or returns voicemails as needed
- Assists in prepping charts and ensuring all documentation is ready (admin duty in free time)
- Assists with prescription refill calls and authorizations as needed
- Assisting with all other responsibilities as needed.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8AM-5PM

3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- MA Diploma or Certification
- EMR experience
- High school diploma/GED (must have or be willing/able to obtain physical copy of diploma or official transcripts)
