Join Our Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Team as an Automation Technician!

We're seeking skilled manufacturing professionals to operate and oversee advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency in every production run. This role allows you to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a dedicated team, and make an impact on high-quality pharmaceutical production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare automated equipment for production, following batch records and SOPs.
  • Verify and manage materials to maintain efficient operation and make minor machine adjustments as needed.
  • Lead and direct team members assigned to support equipment operations.
  • Monitor and report machine performance metrics, including downtime and throughput.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues to Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Perform in-process quality checks, finalize production closeout activities, and document results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with one of the following:

  • High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience
  • Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with no prior experience

Relevant experience includes operating manufacturing equipment and completeing production documentation in a GMP-regulated environment.
