Job description

Hiring for Weekend Machine Operators!

Are you a skilled machine operator with a passion for technology and automation? We're seeking hardworking individuals to become Automation Technicians on our team. This role offers a chance to lead operations on advanced automated equipment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Schedules Available:

Night Schedule: 11pm (Friday Night) - 11am (Monday Morning)

Day Schedule: 11am - 11pm Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and operate automated machines to ensure efficient production runs.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Verify materials and oversee inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Document production metrics, downtime, and quality checks accurately.
  • Direct and support personnel assigned to your machine, ensuring tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate issues, collaborate with support teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma + 2 years relevant experience, Associate's Degree + 1 year experience, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with automated machinery.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate production systems.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to direct and coordinate team activities.
  • Commitment to precision, safety, and quality in every task.
